EU only (for now). All orders ship from Austria.
How long does delivery take?
Processing up to 24 hours (Mon–Fri). Then: Austria 1–3 business days · Rest of EU 3–7 business days. Each product page shows a live estimate for your country.
Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
No - business days are Monday–Friday, excluding Austrian public holidays.
What’s your return window?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags attached).
How do I start a return or exchange?
